You might be wondering why I've been quiet lately.
Well, I have 3 announcements to make that I shared on LinkedIn yesterday:
Number 1: (like you already read in the subject line)
Last month, I got fired from my full-time job again.
This time, I saw it coming.
Instead of rushing into a new gig, I took some time to figure out what I truly wanted to do next.
Many people on LinkedIn share stories about how getting fired was the best thing that happened to them. I'm not there yet, but I believe I will be soon.
I've been thinking about going solo for a while, and now seems like the perfect time. Maybe I was afraid of leaving that toxic job. Who knows?
I will share the mistakes I made that got me fired so you can avoid them if you're in a similar situation.
So that's why:
I’m pursuing solopreneurship
(that's the 2nd announcement)
I'm saying goodbye to the promised paycheck, the structure of a 9-to-5, the health insurance, and the security.
Why solopreneurship and not another role? Because I'm tired of the corporate BS, toxic leaders, and unhelpful HR teams.
But I don't want to just focus on advising, consulting, creating content, or my podcast.
Because outbound evolves quickly, so I need to be in the trenches to share what works best today.
That's why I'm exploring Fractional Outbound Leadership.
I help founders and sales leaders at early-stage SaaS businesses crack outbound with an account-based prospecting strategy.
If you're a founder, CEO, or GTM leader with a team of 0-20 and struggling with starting outbound from scratch, building your outbound team, outbound messaging, hiring the right candidates, or enterprise prospecting, I can help you!
I offer two services:
Fractional Outbound Leadership: I build your outbound strategy, and execute it. (I have already found my first customer and will share the news later today)

To align with those changes, I am rebranding:
SDR Game becomes Outbound Kitchen
(That's the 3rd announcement)
A few months ago, I considered rebranding SDR Game. I thought about names like Pipeline Science or Atomic Pipeline, but they felt too generic and broad.
Why Outbound Kitchen?
Outbound is tough, but it's not dead. The kitchen represents creativity and precision, much like outbound sales. This rebrand helps me focus and align my efforts with my new offers.
The newsletter and podcast are now renamed to Outbound Kitchen.
This week, I'll work on the new brand identity:
New podcast artwork
New LinkedIn profile
New logo
Stay tuned for updates!
