The current market hiring switched from a candidate-driven market to a company-driven market.
What does this mean Elric?
Before companies were struggling to find candidates, as a job seeker you could find easily a new job.
Now companies receive 4x or 5x candidates per job opening. So from a candidate perspective, you need to stand out.
So that’s why I created the SDR Layoff Survival Kit, and this list of resources to help you stand out in the hiring process.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator: free trial of 30 days to create your list of contacts and see the companies that are growing
Loom: Send personalized videos to hiring managers and recruiters.
Regie.ai: There’s a free forever self serve option that candidates could use to help them write relevant personalized messages in minutes to hiring managers that will help them stand out over other candidates
Spendspark: like Loom with superpowers for sales. You can use templates and auto-personalization to make personalized videos at scale. We have a 7-day free trial if you want to try it out.
Vidu: Has a free version that allows you to make personalized gifs/memes to help you stand out in your job research
Woodpecker.co: Automate sending emails to hiring managers with Woodpecker.co for free. 30 days and 500 emails should be enough to hop on an interview call
